How do I store my cakes?
We suggest you refrigerate them as soon as you receive them. If that is not possible, then keep them in an air conditioned room.
Can I return/ get a refund?
No, our products are fragile and temperature sensitive. We advise you to be very careful with them. Once the order is picked up from our premises we cannot guarantee the safety of the product and thus we offer no refunds. Due to the same reasons, we also strongly discourage the use of third party delivery services.
Are your products eggless?
Most of our menu (cakes, cupcakes, bombolonis, etc) is eggless.
Will I recieve the exact same cake that I see in the images online?
Yes but there could be a very slight difference in colours and florals as each product is delicately handmade.
Can I add a note with my order?
Yes, you will always have an option to write a message on our cake boards as well as attach a note to the cake boxes.
How many days in advance should I place my order?
The sooner the better. We usually suggest ordering customised cakes atleast a week in advance and regular orders atleast 4 days prior to avoid disappointment.
I am unable to select the date I want. What should I do?
If you are unable to select a particular date, it means we are booked for that day. You can try checking for the day before or after it.
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept prepayment through Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI and Mobile Wallets.
Do you provide COD?
No, all our orders are prepaid. To confirm your order, full payment must be made.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order 48 hours prior to your date of delivery/pick up. After that the order is non cancellable.
Can I get an order delivered outside of Mumbai?
No, we only deliver in select areas of Mumbai currently.
I haven't received an order confirmation email.

Can I make changes to an order?
Yes you can make changes to an order if it is 48 hours prior to the date of delivery/ pick up by getting in touch with us at info@essange.com.
How do I place a bulk or customised order?

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver in select areas of Mumbai.
What mode of delivery do you use?
To ensure our products are delivered to you safely, we use our in-house drivers and private vehicles.
Can I choose a delivery time?
You can choose a time slot at checkout. We cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery.
