Mode of Delivery:
We urge you to order directly via the website or WhatsApp as we send our in-house delivery staff and vehicle to ensure products reach safely. For third party delivery apps like Swiggy, Thrive, Zomato, Wefast or Dunzo we are not responsible for delivery.
Delivery Time:
We deliver multiple orders on a specific day therefore you will not be able to choose a specific time of delivery. You could however mention your preferred time in instructions and we will try our best to deliver around the same time.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order 48 hours prior to date of delivery/pick up for a full refund. After that the order is non cancellable.
